The End-User Experience
The page displays a .gif or .jpg banner.
A new window opens when the user clicks the banner. The window contains the advertiser's logo or other graphic, a control panel, and the video player.
To view Streaming Video ads, users must have either Microsoft® Windows Media player version 3.0 or later, or RealNetworks G2 player. If the user does not have one of the required players, the new windowdisplays options to either download the media player or go directly to the advertiser's site.
The content automatically plays, after which a new window opens and displays the advertiser's Web site.
